Monday there was no exercise whatsoever.
Tuesday we biked to Stanley Park to see Labyrinth, put on by Fresh Air Cinema in Ceperley Meadow. Total riding was about 70 minutes.
Wednesday was Vancity Member Day at the PNE, so we biked over there to partake in the mini donuts, ridiculously loud everything & livestock displays. About 50 minutes round trip.

Friday we biked over to the Drive again for a water park play date with some of Sprout's pals, entailing about a half hour of riding.
Saturday Sprout & I walked to the park & back, about 20 minutes total of walking.
Weekly Exercise Total: 260 minutes. WELL over the goal of 30 minutes a day! :)
